Stuart Page - Chief Executive Officer

An experienced International Executive Chef and Manager, Stuart has travelled and worked throughout Asia and the Pacific. His work has also provided him with the experience of opening hotels as an Executive Head Chef. Since returning to Australia in 1994, Stuart has found himself reviewing and re-organising the systems of many well known establishments in Sydney. In 2003, Stuart commenced as a Hospitality Trainer teaching Commercial Cookery and Asian Cookery. In 2009 Stuart received a National Tourism Legends Award from Tourism Training Australia. His goal is to ensure that the students and staff have the tools and the facilities that they require in order for them to achieve their goals. As a leader he leads from the front, always pushing the business to go the next step. Stuart's drive is infectious and rubs off on the staff and students.


Sue Banos - Group General Manager

As an experienced industry professional who has an extensive professional portfolio spanning over 25 years within the hospitality sector. Sue’s early industry experience began as a Chef, which has seen her work and manage kitchen teams across all sectors of the industry. Sue also has extensive experience in front of house operations having been appointed Food and Beverage / Catering Manager for a number of established hotels within the Sydney region. Throughout her career Sue has also owned her own fine dining restaurant and catering company which was a finalist for 3 years running in the Restaurant and Caterers Awards across a number of categories.


 

Geoff Gunton - Industry Relations Manager

Geoff joins Evolution Employment Network as the Industry Relations Manager with a broad industry background in Commercial Cookery and Business Operations. With a career spanning 17 years in industry and with key highlights such as taking out the coveted award of the NSW Western Sydney Apprentice Chef of the year in 2001. Geoff comes from a background in 5 Star Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs and Commercial Catering where he managed the Education sector of elite private schools in the area of 16 million dollar annual budget portfolio. Geoff's personal desire for continual professional growth has also seen him complete his own education in Business Management, Human Resources and his Training and Assessment accreditation which has lead him to be a part of the Evolution Family.
